A maximum of 70 talks is possible. If applications exceed this number, speakers will be selected from abstracts. The number of posters is limited. The format is 80 cm x 120 cm (width x height).

 TRAVEL

For international and local participants, we recommend the following trip: Fly into Frankfurt/Main international airport arriving on Tuesday Sept. 04th in the morning or noon, collect your luggage, walk to the "long distance train station" (Fernbahnhof) and buy an ICE ticket to Fulda (one hour trip, on some trains no change necessary, runs every hour between 10 am and 7 pm). Drop your luggage in the "coyote cafe" situated on the right hand side when you exit the station. Have a drink and/or visit the baroque town of Fulda (you can see a lot in one or two hours). Fulda also offers by far the best shopping opportunities during your stay. Pick up your luggage and board one of the Dicty 2007 buses to the conference site (timetable for conference buses at the "coyote cafe"). Attend the meeting and leisure activities. On Sunday 09th catch one of the Dicty 2007 buses to Frankfurt/Main airport and fly home.

Participants with other travel plans (e.g. those coming from the ELSO-Meeting in Dresden (Sept. 01st-04th) may join in Fulda or arrange their Travel to Rotenburg individually. For self-organized travel we recommend the railway. Please make sure to enter the correct destination (e.g. Rotenburg a. d. Fulda).
 

 MONEY

Meeting attendance is € 585 per person. The package includes single room with shower, use of pool, meeting registration fee, all meals and coffee breaks between Tuesday evening and Sunday lunch (alcoholic beverages and drinks outside meal hours have to be paid separately), the event on Friday afternoon (see below), banquet on Saturday evening and transport from Fulda on Sept. 04th and to Frankfurt on Sept. 09th in Dicty2007 buses.

A limited number of double rooms is available at the same price per person (double occupancy only).

50% of the fee is refunded if participants cancel registration before July 15th.

For a small number of participants with severely limited financial support, full or partial refunding is possible upon written application after the end of the meeting.
 

 EVENT

Depending on your personal preference you may join one of two leisure activities on Friday 07th afternoon: visit of the modern art exhibition "Documenta 12" in Kassel or alternatively a canoe trip on the Fulda river.
